Masala Bhindi fry

First wash the ladyfingers, wipe it with the cloth and cut it in the middle and cut it into 1 inch pieces.

Heat the pan add oil, hing, jeera, ajwain, turmeric powder and bhindi mix well

Add coriander powder, saunf powder, mirch powder, garam masala, aamchur powder and salt as per taste. mix well.

Cover the pan and cook for 5-10 minute.

Then toss it and again cook for 5-10 minutes.

Cook till bhindi became soft or release the oil.

Ready to serve with roti or paratha or with dal-chawal.
