Ingredients

  1. 500gramms pork and beef mince
  2. 1 packbacon lardons
  3. 6-7 rashersParma ham
  4. 12cream crackers
  5. 1 teaspoondiyon mustard
  6. 1egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Smash the crackers until resemble breadcrumbs and mix mince, mustard, egg and dijon mustard together to make Meatloaf mix

    Then layer the cooked lardons, Parma ham, cheese and roll to make a Meatloaf shape And layer with Parma ham. Cook in oven at 200 for 30-40 minutes.
