First of all chopped all the vegetables mentioned above except cauliflower. Now grind the cauliflower in a separate bowl. Now take a bowl and add all the ingredients except oil and mixed it properly to make a batter for chila and keep it on the rest for 15 minutes.

When our batter gets ready now spread it on the non stick pan and apply the oil to all the corners properly.

Now cook from both the sides of cheela until it gets brown in colour as shown in picture.

Our Gobhi cheela is ready to eat serve it hot along with chutney.
