Soak daal for 3 hours

In a heavy bottom pan add meat lentil (daal) red whole chilies, salt green chilies, ginger garlic paste, onion, red chili powder and let it cook till meat and daal are tender.

When everything is done then take heavy weight spoon and start mashing it.

It will give you resha wali shami kabab

Let it cool then add whole spices powder, chaat masala,eggs,chopped onions, green chilies and coriander leaves.

Make kebabs then dip In egg and deep fry.

Serve with green sauce and ketchup
