Peel the yam wash it cut in to pieces and boil it with cubes.

After cooked put in a container add the butter and mash it well.

Dice the pepper and onion

Breaks the eggs and add the dice pepper and onion too

Mix well and put it in cup cake pans and bake for 30 minutes. I use electric oven so i didnt control the degree of the heat.
