  • Kidney
  • 1Green and red pepper
  • 2Carrots
  • Small Onions
  • Ginger and garlic
  • 1 tbspKetchup
  • DashSoy sauce
  • DashMustard
  • 2Green chilli
  • 2Scotch bonnet
  • Seasoning
  • Spices
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel, cut and boil potatoes with seasoning. Then fry potatoes.

    Cut kidney. Boil for 1 minute and decant the water. Then add water onions and seasoning, allow to cook.

    Heat up a pan, add oil and onions garlic and ginger. Then add in boiled kidney& stir fry.

    Then add the rest of the veggies. Ketchup mustard and soy sauce. Season and spice.

    Stir fry then add kidney stock or water. Cover and simmer for a minute. Then add fried potatoes and stir.

    Serve and enjoy.
