Ingredients

  • 10 piecespotatoes
  • 1 tablespoonvinegar
  • 1 litrecooking oil
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 4 tablespoonsbaked beans

    Wash and peel the potatoes, slice into desired shape, soak in water and vinegar add salt

    Fry in cooking oil and serve hot with baked beans.
