First boil the potatoes and peel them and mash the potatoes with a potato masher

Now add chopped onion, green chilli, corrinder leaves,and all masala powder,salt and mix well

Put wheat flour in a large mixing bowl add water gradually and knead into a soft dough

Make small medium balls of the dough and roll them add a spoonful of potatoes filling in the centre.

Gradually press the rolling pin on all sides while making the parathas press very lightly so that the mixture does not come out

Heat a tawa and roast the parathas cooking them on both sides with a spoon full of butter on the parathas first roast them on both sides on low flame and when they are slightly crispy apply butter on both the sides

Serve hot parathas with curd, chutney,onionand pickle
