Ingredients

  1. Bread
  2. 4eggs
  3. Scotch bonnet
  4. Onions
  5. Seasonings
  6. 5 tablespoonoil

Steps

3 minutes
  1. 1

    Slice the bread into equal sizes. Remove the center and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Crack the eggs, add onion & seasonings and scotch bonnet. Beat well.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle oil in the pan. Arrange the bread. Pour the egg in the center of the bread and put the removed part. Press it and fry in low medium heat. Serve.
