Cream of Wheat Breakfast Cereal

Another one of our beloved breakfast creams: farina. The packaging for these cereals usually comes with its own recipe, but I always like to add my personal touch to make it even tastier. It's very easy to prepare and delicious!

Serves 2 servings

2 cupsmilk (about 480 ml)
5 tablespoonsfarina (cream of wheat)
3 tablespoonssugar
2 teaspoonsbutter
1/8 teaspoonsalt
Cinnamon for serving (optional)

In a saucepan, add all the ingredients except the cinnamon.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens slightly.

Serve immediately and, if you like, sprinkle with cinnamon. Delicious!
