1/2 kgkarela
2onion finely chopped
1tomato finely chopped
2potatoes finely chopped
as neededOil
to tasteSalt
to tasteRed chilli
1 tspturmeric powder
1 tspjeera

Firstly peel the krela and cut into the centre.

Take a bowl add krela and salt and keep aside for 2 hour.

After 2 hour Now take a pan heat oil add jeera,onion, potatoes cook it till them soft now add tomato after 2 min add all spices mix it well.

Cook fo 5-6 min.

Add krela cook again till them soft

Ready to serve.
