On a day when you are back home ,tired and hungry but still need to fix something really fast aside noodles, panla stew and white rice to the rescue.
Steps
- 1
Get your roasted panla fish, you can fry again in oil if it was not well roasted (I mean really dry). I love to chew mine for a longer time, reason for making it dry but not burnt.
- 2
Put oil on fire, fry some onions in the oil till golden brown. Add the blended pepper,i blended a bit of ginger with the pepper. I love ginger in my stew. The pepper was blended with manual blender, not needed to be smooth.
- 3
After few minutes, when the pepper is a bit dried, add crayfish, stock cubes and salt to taste.
- 4
Add your panla fish to the stew, stir and cover for a while. Open and add a few sliced onions, bring down after few seconds. The onions will still be a little hard,so you can get the crunchy feel of it. Served with white rice.
