Steps

Mix Tofu with the ingredients given, heat oil in a pan, add tofu and fry till golden, drain and set aside.

Now in the remaining oil add ginger & garlic paste and saute for a minute.

Add onions and cook them for a minute. Then add salt and sugar..

Add Tofu and mix well.

Now add cooked rice and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Then add soya sauce, vinegar and mix well.

Now eat this rice with with garnish of red chilli, spring onions, coriander and bread croutons.
