Ingredients

  • 500 gmsprawn
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 2 tspcurry powder (Eastern Chicken Masala)
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • as neededCurry leaves (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil in a kadhai and add prawns to it. Keep stirring until the prawn looses it's moisture.

  2. 2

    Add onions over the prawns, also add ginger garlic paste. Give it a good stir. Then add tomatoes curry leaves and all other spices and salt. Let it simmer.
