Saute the salamis in a little oil in the frying pan on a low flame.Add a pinch of salt.

Remove the salamis from the pan.Now add some more oil snd heat.Add chopped onions and capcicums.

Add to the vegetables ginger and garlic paste,tomato and soya sauces and keep frying on a low flame.

Add salt sugar.When the vegetables become tender add salamis.Keep frying.

Remove from the flame and sprinkle basil dust on the top before serving.
