  1. 20 ozSirloin Steak
  2. 750 gSweet Potato
  3. 500 gBroccoli
  4. Cumin
  5. Salt/Pepper
  6. 2 ClovesGarlic
  7. 1 StickRosemary
  8. 1 TablespoonPeppercorns

Steps

  1. 1

    Skin and chop up sweet potatoes

  2. 2

    Bring sweet potatoes to a boil and then mash

  3. 3

    Steam broccoli

  4. 4

    Season steak with salt and pepper then cook on a pan on high heat

  5. 5

    Add garlic cloves, Rosemary, black peppercorns

  6. 6

    Cook for 2-3 min each side
