Soak and Rinse soya chunks two three times in cold water and then boil it with salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder

Squeeze out the excess water from soya chunks

Heat up a pan fry this soya chunks in 3 tablespoon of oil on low flame till they become dry

Heat another pan add a spoon of oil saute ginger garlic paste add all vegetables for 2 minutes.

Seasoned with salt pepper powder garam masala powder and kasuri methi.

And fried soya chunks

For assembling. Take a kubbos or chapati spread some cheese then vegetable soya chunks mix add some mayonnaise as again sprinkle with some cheese close it.

Dip kubbos in egg then toast it on buttered pan
