In a mixing bowl,add wheat flour,oats,powder,mix untill it's well combined.

Next,add sugar,and milk,stir untill no clumps remain.beat the egg with a fork,into the batter.and mix it well. now add butter,vinegar,and mix it properly until it's become a smooth and fine batter.

Now,mix broken piece kelloggs,and chopped dry dates into the batter and mix it well.

Pour the batter inside the cup muffin.preheat the oven for 5 min and microwave the muffin for 10 min or till it's turns brown.

Wheat kelloggs muffin is ready to serve with milk.
