Ingredients

  1. 2 boxeshamburger helper stroganoff
  2. 1 candrained spinage
  3. 2rolls of ground meat
  4. 2 cupsbreadcrumbs
  5. 2eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix ground meat, eggs and breadcrumbs and form into meatballs bake meatballs in over on 350 for 30 minutes

  2. 2

    Make the hamburger helper as directed add in spinage and meatballs till noodles are done and serve

my grandmother taught me how to cook like they did back during the great depression so that mixed with me needing quick meals that can be diabetic friendly so i mix the 2 and come up with some yummy stuff.
