Remove all dirts from white corn. You can take it to those who grind dry food to peel back of the corn or use mortar. Removing the back make the final look of the meal presentable.

In a pot, pour corn, little salt and water and allow to cook till very soft. Don't mind if it looks like it is gumming to pot, just ensure, you keep topping water until it is well cooked.

For the sauce, roughly grind fresh peppers. Neatly dice, carrots, onions. Set aside.

Pour oil into pot, after a minute, add onions, and peppers. After 2 minutes, add carrot and seasoning cubes.

Pour in your cleaned cow hide. You can add other meat of your choice.

Finally, cut nicely diced mint leaves. Be careful not to use too much cos of its flavour.
