Ek pan me ghee dal kar sab elachi aur dar chini stick,bad yan ka phool dal brown karein phir is me greated gajer dal kar bhoona phir is me sugar aur 1 glass pani dal kar medium heat per cook karein.

Jab gajer gal Jay to flame high kar k bhoona aur dry ho n per sab elachi powder aur milk powder dal kar bhoona aur ghee said per a jay to badam,pista,walnut aur kalakand /khoya dal kar flame off kar dhn.
