Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 cupsleftover rice
  • 10Curry leaves
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 1/3 cupchopped carrot
  • 1/3 cupsmall pieces of potato
  • 2 tbspchopped onion (optional)
  • 2slitted green chillies
  • 1dry red chilli
  • 1 tbspoil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Add oil in into pan. Add mustard seeds and red chilli. Add curry leaves.Add onion. After 1 minute add potato pieces. Add little bit salt. Saute for 3 minutes. Add carrot, green chillies,salt. Saute for 2 minutes. Add rice.Add sugar. Saute for 3 minutes. Serve hot.
