2 cupsleftover rice
10Curry leaves
1 tspmustard seeds
To tastesalt
1/2 tspsugar
1/3 cupchopped carrot
1/3 cupsmall pieces of potato
2 tbspchopped onion (optional)
2slitted green chillies
1dry red chilli
1 tbspoil

Add oil in into pan. Add mustard seeds and red chilli. Add curry leaves.Add onion. After 1 minute add potato pieces. Add little bit salt. Saute for 3 minutes. Add carrot, green chillies,salt. Saute for 2 minutes. Add rice.Add sugar. Saute for 3 minutes. Serve hot.
