Grind sprouted moog,rice spinach,coriander,chilli,ginger all together in a mixer grinder & in last round add jeera,saunf,salt & coriander seeds,add water as needed to form dosa batter consistency.

Pour dosa batter on hot non stic dosa tava evenly apply ghee cook both side on medium flame.serve hot yummy,healthy dosa with tomato sauce.
