Procedure :
Pehle ik pateelay me half pyaz golden brown kar k alag kar len.
then half pyaz dal k halka brown karen.
then lehsan adrak paste dalen. - 2
Phir usme dahi add kar k pakay.jab oil upar ajaye to usme chicken ad kar k pakayen.

Jab chiken gal jaye to usme alu (fried) add karen aur tamater hari mirch n adrak kati hoi dal k thori dair pakayen.

Phir ik dusre pateelay me rice add karen.
phir masalay ki teh laga k mix karden. - 5
Uspe top se golden brown pyaz dalen. aur kuch dair dam pe rakh den.
