First take a cup of left over rice.and chop all the vegetables. Blanch corns and keep aside.

Now make a white sauce.heat butter in a pan.add garlic saute add maida and cook till changes colour and then add milk,and whisk immediately so that no lumps are formed.add Chilli flakes, oregano and pizza spices.

Cool it till it thickens.now add blanched spinach and corns in the mix

Add grated cottage cheese and rice.add salt and pepper.make a thick dough.

In the meantime make a slurry using cornflour,water and maida to coat the balls

Take bread crumbs and cornflakes in a plate and crush them.

Now make small balls out of the dough and coat with corflour.

Now dip balls in slurry and place on bread crumbs.

Coat nicely from all sides.keep in the refrigerator for 30 mins to set

Now deep fry them or shallow fry...serve hot with mayo dip
