Mix buttermilk with rice flour and keep aside. Crush garlic pods

In a kadhai take oil add mustard seeds, cumin, crushed garlic, red chilli,curry leaves and saute.

Now add buttermilk,riceflour mix and add salt sugar and mix well and add water. let it cook for 5-8 mins

Ready to serve hot.
