Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 2 and 1/4 cupsWatermelon pieces
  2. 2Green Tea Sachets
  3. 3 cupsWater
  4. 1/2 cupSugar
  5. 1 tablespoonLemon juice
  6. 2-3Lemon wedges

Cooking Instructions

    Add 2 cups watermelon pieces in grinder and grind it.  Seive the juice.  Discard the pulp and the seeds

    Boil 2 cups water and add green tea sachets in it.

    Keep it for 5 minutes.

    Take out the sachets and let the tea cool.

  5. 5

    Boil another cup of water and add sugar in it. Let the sugar dissolve.

    Simmer the gas 2-3 minutes.

    Switch off the gas and let the sugar syrup cool.

  8. 8

    Now add watermelon juice in green tea

  9. 9

    In it add sugar syrup and chill it for 30 minutes.

  10. 10

    Add watermelon pieces,  lemon juice  and lemon wedges in it. Serve chilled
