  • 1/2 kgFish
  • 2 tbsBesan
  • 1-2 tspChaat masala
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspHaldi
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2-3 tbsLemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate fish with all the above ingredients.

  2. 2

    Shallow fry them on medium high flame.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle more chaat masala and lemon juice if u like more tangy.
