Ingredients

I cup boiled and mashed pumpkin
1 kgflour
2tspn croma
to tasteSalt
Cooking oil,enough for shallow frying

Steps

Boil pumpkin and mash it
2

Mix flour,salt,croma,mashed pumpkin and water, knead to a fine dough
3

Let it rest for a few minutes,cover it and kept it in warm place
4

Cut and roll

Then shallow fry both side on a hot riddle using enough cooking oil
