  • 4-6Dates(khajoor)
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 4 tbspcondensed milk
  • 1/2 cupfresh cream

Steps

24 hrs 50 minut
  1. 1

    Boil 1/ 2 cup milk in a pan.Switch off the flame. Clean the dates & add to the warm milk.Soak for half an hour.

    After half an hour,mash the dates with fork & take out the seeds.

    Put it in the mixer & grind till it becomes smooth paste.

    Now add cream,1 cup milk & condensed milk. Grind again for once only.

    Pour it in the icecream mould & refrigerate for one day.

    Garnish with small Date pieces & serve chilled.
