First take a bowl add paneer cubes,pinch of turmeric powder, pinch of salt,1/2 tsp red chilli powder mix it well keep a side

Grind the tomatoes,green chilli,red chilli,cashew,ginger in a mixer jaar smooth paste

Heat the kadai add cumin seed after crackle of cumin seed add asafoetida and chopped garlic then add onion saute till light brown then red chilli powder than add tomato mixer puree saute till raw smell of tomatoes goes then add salt,coriander powder,kolhapuri masala saute till oil separated from gravies

Then add water shimmer for few minutes then add paneer cubes

Cook for 4-5 min in low flame garnish with coriander leaves

Serve with naan,roti etc
