Chocolate Orange Mousse
A healthier version of mousse with avocado and a crunchy white chocolate topping.

Prepare all the ingredients. If using dates, soak them in the orange juice for about 1 hour before making the mousse. Be sure to remove the pits.

Add the avocado, cocoa powder, and orange juice to a food processor. If using dates, add them now. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Once the mixture is smooth, sweeten to taste with agave syrup (I use 4 tablespoons). Fill small serving glasses, cover tightly with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.

Chop the white chocolate, hazelnuts, and orange zest together, then sprinkle over the mousse just before serving. Enjoy!
