Banoffee Pie

One of my Cookpad friends made some dulce de leche so I made a couple of banoffee pies for everyone. Excuse the rubbish pictures- colleagues were hovering and I was pressured!

Steps
- 1
Collect all ingredients and a loose bottomed tin
- 2
Use a food processor to crush the biscuits, add the butter and blend until it starts clumping
- 3
Press the biscuit mix into the tin, pressing down with a spoon. Chill for 1 hour
- 4
Whip the double cream until thick and no longer runny. I used an electric whisk to do this quickly.
- 5
Spoon the dulce de leche onto the biscuit base. Slice the banana into coins and scatter on top, pile on the cream and spread until even.
- 6
Grate chocolate all over- i used dark and white. Chill for atleast an hour and then serve.
