For Fig layer: Soak dried figs in water for 5-6 hrs

Remove sides of the bread slices

Grind the figs and bread slices coarsely in grinder
- 4
In a serving bowls, put a small layer of fig mixture at the bottom and press lightly with spoon and keep in fridge for 1/2 hr to set

For the vanilla layer: Take 1/2 lit of milk in a pan and add vanilla pudding mix, stir well

Take a bubbling boil with continuous stirring. Let it cool a little

Now pour the vanilla mix on the fig layer carefully. After cooling keep in fridge to set

For the cream layer: pour 1 cup of whipping cream in a pan
- 9
Add gulkand and pink food colour and beat until soft peaks forms

Put this cream on Vanilla layer

Repeat the fig and cream layer

Garnish and serve chilled
