Ingredients

  1. 1boiled beetroot
  2. 2medium boiled potatoes
  3. 1carrot
  4. 2 slicesbread crumbs
  5. 1 tbspgreen chillies-ginger- garlic paste
  6. 1 tspaamchur powder / dry mango powder
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1 tspchaat masala
  9. 2 tbspfinely chopped coriander leaves
  10. as neededOil for shallow frying
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 6thin bamboo sticks
  13. To serve :
  14. as neededRed chilli sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and grate boiled beetroot, potatoes. Peel and grate carrot. Grind two slices of bread in mixer to make crumbs. In mixing bowl add all mentioned ingredients. Mix well. Make 6 equal portions.

    Take thin bamboo stick wrap around one portion of prepared beetroot mixture in cylindrical shape as shown. Similarly prepared all kebabs.

    Heat the tawa/ griddle on it pour little oil,place prepared kebabs, shallow fry on all side till golden brown.

    Serve/ Relish Hot beetroot kebabs with red chilli sauce.
