Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgrice
  2. 12chops
  3. 2eggs
  4. 3potatoes (for fries)
  5. Salt
  6. Oil
  7. 3 tbsptandoori masala
  8. Peri peri masala
  9. Chilli garlic masala
  10. 4 tbspkabsa masala
  11. 2 tbsplemon juice
  12. 2tomatoes
  13. 2green chilies
  14. 1 tbspginger garlic paste

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate chops in tandoori masala, 1 tbsp gg paste and lemon juice for 4-6 hours.

    After marination take a pan with 3-4 tbsp oil and water and cook the chops in it till it’s soft and juicy and the water has evaporated.

    Then boil 2 eggs and cut into slices, sprinkle peri peri masala and chilli garlic masala on it.

    Then soak the rice in water for 1/2 hour.

    Take a pan and add water, kabsa masala, salt and oil in it. After water has boiled add the soaked rice in it.

    When water evaporates, put the flame on low and cover the lid and let cook in steam for 15-20 minutes.

    Make French fries. Add salt, peri peri masala and chilli garlic masala and mix and keep aside.

    Take a dish. Put the rice in it l, then put French fries, then boiled eggs and then the tandoori chops on top.

  9. 9

    Time to make sauce: take 2 tomatoes and 2 green chilies and put in grinder and grind them. Lastly add 1 tsp salt in it.

    Serve the kabsa rice with tandoori chops and sauce.
