Beat the egg by adding pinch of salt n black pepper. spraed on pan n place shami kabab on mid. now fold four sided of beated egg to make sqare shape stuff.

Fry each bun from both side.

Apply mayonnaise n keep egg coated shami kabab and cheese slice..

Apply ketchup. n cover with sev half of bun.

Now its ready to eat.
