In Summer, Uduku pachadi is daily side dish with lunch in Andhra, which is sweet and tangy. Made up of raw Mangoes and Jaggery. Must try for Fruit King lovers.
Steps

Take a bowl and boil jaggery with water till the jaggery melts in water.

Peel the mango, make the mango slices and pressure cook the mangoes till it becomes soft.

Add jaggery mix to the raw Mango slices and give a boil.

Now add milk to the jaggery.

Add a pinch of salt, when boiling.

Take 2 tbsp of rice flour and mix it with little milk and make a slurry.

Finally add the slurry to the pachadi for thickening.

After a good boil, uduku pachadi is ready to serve. Tangy and Sweet Mango uduku pachadi ready !!!
