Leftover Cooked Rice to Instant Healthy dosa with nattusakkarai

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup- Cooked brown/White rice
  2. 1cup- Wheat flour
  3. 1/2cup- Rice flour
  4. 4-5 tbspsSathumaavu powder (i used homemade powder)
  5. 1 tspCumin
  6. 1 tsppeppercorns
  7. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  8. salt as required

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Grind it all items in the mixer and make into dosa batter consistency by adding little water or coconut water. add salt as required.

  2. 2

    Make dosa with gingelly oil or ghee and serve hot with Nattusakkarai or Kaara Chutney.
