Ingredients

  • 1 cup- Cooked brown/White rice
  • 1cup- Wheat flour
  • 1/2cup- Rice flour
  • 4-5 tbspsSathumaavu powder (i used homemade powder)
  • 1 tspCumin
  • 1 tsppeppercorns
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • salt as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind it all items in the mixer and make into dosa batter consistency by adding little water or coconut water. add salt as required.

    Make dosa with gingelly oil or ghee and serve hot with Nattusakkarai or Kaara Chutney.
