Ingredients

  1. Packagecorn "off" the cob
  2. 4 tablespoonsbutter
  3. 1 tablespoongarlic salt
  4. Few shake or parsley
  5. Dashsalt and pepper
  6. Halfan onion (chopped)
  7. Garlic clove (chopped)

Steps

  1. 1

    Place thawed corn in strainer and let drain for about 30 minutes

  2. 2

    I use a wok but a stick free pan will work... Turn on med high heat place all ingredients in wok stir with spatula til butter has melted

  3. 3

    Cover and let cool stirring ever 5 to 10 minutes... For 45 minutes

  4. 4

    Serve and enjoy!
