1large bunch of red swiss chard finely chopped (stems included)
1 1/2 cupred and gold quinoa
1/4 cuptamari sunflower seeds
1/4 cuppumpkin seeds
1/4 cupdry cranberries
1/4 cupextra virgin olive oil
1/4 cuprasberry vinegar or apple cidar vinegar
2 tablespoonold fashion mustard
1 tablespoondry tarragon
to tastefresh ground black pepper

20 mins

Cook the quinoa as per package instructions and let cool down a bit.

Mix all ingredients together; quinoa must be warm but not too hot.

Serve as a side dish with grilled meat or fish. Can be served warm or cold.
