Ingredients

  • 1large bunch of red swiss chard finely chopped (stems included)
  • 1 1/2 cupred and gold quinoa
  • 1/4 cuptamari sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cuppumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cupdry cranberries
  • 1/4 cupextra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cuprasberry vinegar or apple cidar vinegar
  • 2 tablespoonold fashion mustard
  • 1 tablespoondry tarragon
  • to tastefresh ground black pepper

  1. 1

    Cook the quinoa as per package instructions and let cool down a bit.

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients together; quinoa must be warm but not too hot.

  3. 3

    Serve as a side dish with grilled meat or fish. Can be served warm or cold.
