  1. 1.5 kgEye Fillet Steak
  2. Salt
  3. Pepper
  4. Olive Oil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut off any excess fat, cut in half and then butterfly them right through. Season with salt & pepper.

    Add olive oil to a griddle pan and cook for 5 minutes on full heat, turn once & cook for a further 5 minutes.

    Serve with any side dish such as chips, sweet potato chips or rice.
