First marinate fish with lemon juice salt and pepper and keep aside for 15 minutes

Now beat the egg add mustard paste, garlic paste, all purpose/maida flou,r salt to taste and mix well and marinate the marinated fish for 10 minutes

Keep bread crumbs in a plate.take the marinated fish and roll on bread crumbs

Keep a pan pour oil and fry the fish and serve hot with mayonnaise.

For making fish fingers mustard paste is a must ingredients which gives a good flavour
