Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1/2 CupMayonnaise
  • 8Bread slices
  • 1Chopped onion
  • Some Coriander leaves
  • 1Cucumber chopped
  • 1Green chilli or 1teasp black pepper
  • 2 tbspButter
  • 1Chopped Tomato

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a vessel and put mayonnaise. Add all ingredients except bread slices

    Mix it well

    Cut bread slices from sides

    Apply mayonnaise mix on one slice, Put another slice on it, fix it well. Prepare all like this

    Heat frying pan and put some butter, fry all prepared sandwiches till golden brown

    Serve hot
