You don't have to eat rice every Sunday. Do something for a change. We had beans for brunch. Tasty!😋😋😋

Pick beans to remove dirt and stones, wash, put in a pot of boiling water and add some potash. Cover and allow to boil until almost cooked. Drain to remove the black water.

Put back in the pot, add enough water to cook it, add blended pepper, chopped onions, seasoning cubes and salt to taste, add the palm oil, cover and allow to cook until soft.

Put a pan of vegetable oil on fire, and fry the plantain until golden brown.

Your meal is ready! Serve the beans with plantain, garnish with vegetable and meat or chicken. Enjoy!
