We just love the dish my family enjoys alot..
Steps

Boil the meat til it's tender.

Slice the onions and place them in a bowl
- 3
Grind and crush the garlic n ginger then place them in a bowl.

Wash the rice n let it dry well.

Put the the onions in the sufuria and add oil.Let them cook till it's golden fry.

Add teaspoon of both garlic and ginger paste.Stir well till they cook.

Add the tomato taste and stir for few minutes till it mixes well.

Then add 5cups of boiled water to the mixture and cover.let it boil.

Add the rice and let it cook slowly till the rice is cooked.

Finally serve with kachumbari.Enjoy
