Boil peel and mash the potatoes

Heat oil in a pan and add black mustard seeds to crackle,add curry leaves,Add turmeric powder and boiled and mashed potatoes and mix well,Add salt and coriander leaves and cook for two mmins,Divide the potato dough into balls and make small patties of medium thickness

Take a bowl add gram flour,rice flour,turmeric powder,salt and half cup of water.Make a batter should not be too thick or thin.

Heat oil in a pan.Dip the potato ball into the batter and add in the pan.Deep fry these vada until golden and crispy,Cut the pav into slice.

Spread green chutney and tamarind chutney place on hot vada into the bread slice

Fry the green chilli and serve with vada pao.
