Ingredients

  • 2medium sized sweet potatoes
  • Cooking oil (fordeep frying)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 teaspooncardamom (optional)
  • 1 tablespoonraisins (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the sweet potatoes and wash them

    Slice them thinly into desired shapes

    Heat the oil and deep fry the potato slices till crunchy

    Drain the oil on a paper towel. Sprinkle on them some salt, cardamom and some raisins. Enjoy
