First trash the pumpkin. Now we add besan,salt red chilli powder in trash pumpkin and make them in small bolles shape kofta

Now take a pan and add oil in it. And now put kofta bolles in warm oil and fry them. Now kofta bolls are ready.

Now take onion,tomato,green chilli and make them in a paste form. Take a pan and add 10 tsp. Oil in it. Now add onion,tomato,green chilli garlic and ginger paste in it and add salt, red chilli, turmeric powder,garam masala and cook for 20 to 30 minutes. Now add milk and cook for 10 min. And now add kofta bolls in it aur cook for 15 mint.

Now add malai in it and cook for 15 min.

Malai kofta is ready to serve.
