Heat a pressure cooker add ghee and oil a spoon each.

Splutter it with cinnamon cardamom cloves and fennel seeds

Add ginger garlic paste saute for a while add chopped onion saute well, and tomatoes cook till it becomes mashy. Now add the masala powders saute till the raw smell goes.

Now add the cleaned mutton,mix well add some salt cook on a low flame for 10-15 minutes. Then add basmati rice and 2 cups of water pressure cook until done.(2whistles)

Mutton and rice are cooked well check the salt add two cups of coconut milk coriander and mint leaves mix well. When it starts to boil switch off the flame.
